i'm 95% sure that that's just a really shitty fuck up by the stitching algorithm google used back in 2012. but really, it looks like a part of the already poorly stitched streetlamp where the unlit light meets the metal part that the sun's reflecting.

still interesting, but unfortunately probably not a ufo.

Some more notes for those that don't follow. It appears the UFO maybe goes behind the buildings and then appears behind the google van two steps later. Seeing if I can find a third view for it. This one is not near any panorama stitching.

There's a lighter ring around it which indicates it's been cropped it. Then there's a slight blur to it. It doesn't match the same pixelation as the rest of the image.
