We need something like a working Alcubierre drive and something that actually protects the supposed starship from all the radiation collected by how the proposed drive works to reach those. There's also the problem that the "warp bubble" would collect particles on the way and, upon reaching its destination and disengagng the drive, the particles trapped in the bubble would shoot out, obliterating anything in the vicinity of the ship.
