When my dad died, for several days after, I would wake up to an incredibly realistic black leopard like this near the foot of my bed. If had never happened to my in my life before even though I've had some paranormal experiences. This was different. I'd wake up and he(it) would just be watching over me, staring hard, reluctant to leave, and little by little I'd become more conscious and it would finally get up and leave. I had never believed in spirit animals, but it was so real it's impossible for me to believe it was a figment of my imagination. What does /x/ think?

I think you've had a gay attraction to your dad. By the way, how did he die? You seem quite young.

Cancer. I'm female.
I occasionally also see realistic things when i wake up in the middle of the night, such as a spider, or a bird , dont think its anything to do with a spirit

So you think it's just in my head that out of no where a very realistic animal spirit appeared from my subconscious to help me cope after he died? That's certainly not out of the realm of possibility. It was just so realistic and had never happened to me before.

I think so, but I've had other paranormal experiences that can be corroborated without having told someone else about them.
