If it is done by an actual witch, there is no way for you to find out. Even if it effects you and you know it does have power over you, unless the creator of the sigil wants you to know, you will never find out. That is one of the reasons they work so well. On the other side, a sigil can be recharged by a magician real easy with complete different power. Then again, magicians are powerful
