Personally, I have followed both paths lhp and rhp. Now I'm at a point that I am so overloaded with spiritual energy, or love, that I follow the path of least resistance, which ironically is the RHP.

As to help with fear of evil beings demons Satan or whatever you mentioned, I recommend giving into their energy completely and letting it wash over you. You will find that you can't be bothered by any other entity unless you choose to be bothered by it. You always have full control of your reality which I find amazing, and any experience can serve you positively or negatively, it is entirely up to you, that being said the universe is structured so that you are always served positively no matter what on a base level, but you can have the experience of being served negatively if you choose to, but it is an illusion. As you become more aware you will align yourself with the universe.

Everything will work out. I recommend just taking a deep breath and surrendering to what is
