We are all very stressed right now.
Health: I think all that's left in terms of a cure is optimism for sure. I've taken all the other big steps already. Raw whole food diet as of just over a year ago, at the same time I quit doing drugs and drinking. Spending more time outdoors, albeit not much more active I am on my feet more.
Intellectual development: I am for sure burnt out. I think I'm going through a bit of sensory overload, especially in the sense that I'm focusing so much attention towards satisfying others, I myself am seldom satisfied.

It always gets better. The beauty of life is that everything is relative and it balances out. When you experience the lowest of lows, it builds your character.
