Way back in the day, before /x/ was even a board and we had paranormal threads on /b/, you used to be able to post .rar files that were embeded in .jpg images. So people would download the .jpg and open em in Winrar and be able to extract the contents. The first time I saw it was back in 2006. So back at that time pretty much no one knew this was a thing so people hid a lot of stuff in some JPEGs. Some stuff that would normally get you banned immediately on 4chan, if you catch my drift.

You're able to hide rar if you want in jpeg,in fact you can simply hide text if you want with steganography software Maysbe some picture here have hidden text but nobody knows it

How does it work? is it comparing the size that is supposed to be logical according to the dimension of the picture or something else?
