but i literally saw the people jump from the plane with these flares, moving in similar fashion as they went towards the ground. the plane they jumped from circled around and went back to the base.

it was for a fair type thing they have every year. I know because they did it the exact same week the following year.

there was a video floating around about these particular UFO sightings that showed the people with the flares at the end, but it was in beanspeak so i didnt bother saving it.

Someone found a radar testing sight that was hiding in plain sight on google earth. Had an unmarked entrance, looked like someone built a landing strip and hid its existence locally. There were open denials all through the thread. Then someone just popped up and explained what it was. But I don't think they were particularly thrilled.
