We actually plan a dinner just the two of us soon, however the child is still so small that a weekend is out of the question for now, maybe later. I try to keep her entertained. Bring him flowers, small presents, help her, be kind etc. I hope to do my best, but I've learned that sometimes things just never good enough for women.

We actually plan to move. It is still not decided yet that it should be done this year or later int time. Or at least I can not think of any other big expenses in the near future which you could refer to. You are right on the part that I sort of do it blind, since it's rather her who pushes the idea, but I see her reasoning and I just want to see her happy so I just go along with it.

I try to prepare for the job shock. I know that the project we are working on likely will end in 4-5 months. I really hope you are only referring to that and not some actual job loss. Although I know that the management is not the best where I work, so it might take a few months for them to assign me to a new project. I don't know how fast could I find another job, I really hope that won't happen.

I'm not aware of any kind of legal issues or paperwork. Hopefully it's not something which goes under my radar.
