Can't you still get it on consoles though? And there are still pirate versions. I would definitely recommend Alan as well, although I'm not sure if it really has similar feel to Twin Peaks, even though it was clearly heavily inspired by it. There is just too many shit and action going on.

True Detective series 1 is a work of fucking art. It's not as heavy on the atmosphere as Twin Peaks but it's definitely superior in terms of writing quality.

Fukunaga is the shit. Took Pizzolatto's narrative into visual mastery. Too bad season 2 seemed rushed, not fully flushed out story with a few miscast actors.

Which feel? I liked the comfy small town aspect of it, but if you mean the paranormal detective stuff I would say xfiles. Amazon prime had some Steven king project called dome or something. It was ok. Fringe was good too, until the last season.
