The Satanic Temple tenets you have posted are very mainstream, common sense pillars and don't reflect any hint of a connection to a darker realm. Same thing with Wicca. I heard a "growl" once. I was the only one home at the time and it happened in the bathroom while i was showering. Scared the shit out of me. It sounded like it was right on the other side of the shower curtain. It was a short growl and sounded as if it was "strained". Like whatever produced the growl was trying soo hard to do it and just barely managed to deliver it. It wasnt low pitch or high pitch kind of in the middle. It was probably as loud as normal talking volume. I was on edge the whole time in the house as noone was home but me.

I'm not exactly a specialist on these things, but having seen and spoken to some non-human beings (and being certain that some of those conversations were actually real, I guess that I can tell you more than most of the people on here.

First thing you need to understand is that there is no such thing as evil energy. That green glowing "Miasma" you see in cartoons isn't even close to reality. Most times, you'll just have a somewhat weird feeling. If at that time your conscience is "open" (hard to explain, feels like you're drifting in lukewarm water in total darkness), you might hear voices or see shadows.
Most of them are imagination, and as a general rule, you shouldn't believe that any of them are real unless they have given you valid information you didn't have before.
I usually ask for historic dates and check them on wikipedia later, other people told me they asked for words in languages they didn't speak themselves, the hair color of the next person passing their window and other random info they couldn't possible know beforehand, but easily check.

Once you're able to recognize supernatural presence, you'll notice them every now and then. Still, supernatural beings are either extremely rare or pretty good at hiding. I for example have seen less then ten over the last decade and only four of them actually showed any interest in contact (three of them gave information I could check). The others either ignored me or fled.

Some beings will hang around for company or to make deals with you. most of those deals will require some kind of sacrifice, but not the kind you might think of: for example the christian god asks for eternal, exclusive servitude.

Some of those beings might be willing to spook you, and a few will attempt to kill you the moment they know that you noticed them (I had one throwing me around once, left bruises of two hands on my forearm before I could punch it), so have some aluminium, holy water or whatever you trust in ready.
