Can't tell based on the footage, but it has the same drift and correction as a four rotor drone. It even seems to drop at one point. Much like a drone that has had the throttle dropped on it.

If you can get closer, watch the beginning of the clip. It behaves as if someone is just figuring out the steering direction, or the craft is adjusting to a pilot on the ground. controlling four engines is more complex. But it does some pretty telling things, that drones do. Maybe I'm wrong, but it just doesn't seem like stable flight.
