I have personally been inside one of the hotel buildings near Hastings and Carall years ago, and the main security who works at the lobby asks for your driver's license. I just remember there were a lot of fucked up people in that building, and I was young and stupid to follow this woman - who turned out to be a literal crack-whore - into the building to find some weed.

Nothing really happened during the 20-minute wait outside one of the rooms other than all kinds of fucked up people passing by me. I am also sure the hooker gave whoever was in the room a BJ to get some crack.

It is a very stripped profile, with only one visible friend: Dakota. The account is also following two individuals.

I am guessing, if Rachel is a person, that Dakota assisted Rachel in creating the FB profile in the first place. They added each other as friends, followed a couple of people - and since the account hasn't been used.

If Rachel = Dakota, well, then the profile is created as a result of Dakota's mental illness (sorry Dakota, if you read this).

Another thing, to fuel the conspiracy here, is that Dakota/Kodi might very well be posting as well as just lurking. By posting they could push OP in various directions.

Two things are close to being certain, Dakota either got screw loose or just fuckin delusional, and Kodi and Op are the mastermind trolls.
