They do not. That would require a camera to be installed into them, which to my knowledge they don't. The algorythm they function on is generally 30% payout, while the 70% is distributed amongst the proprietor, the venue and state for taxation..

The slot machine doesn't have facial recognition, but the casino security system most definitely does. They don't need it on the actual machine when they know exactly who you are as soon as you walk in the door.
