The first one is pretty self-explanatory, to read into what she doesn't communicate. It's a pretty general piece of advice.

I think the second is about clearing your own line of communication, so that she can trust you.

The two are probably related. Insecurity and timidness on her part, in relationships. She's afraid all guys are secretly vulgar, but won't say it. I think that's the 'natural posture,' giving you the benefit of the doubt, but wondering on her own. You have to prove you're not like all the other guys.
