Someone powerful was called a, "clown" by people who, by their profession/job, are supposed to protect and serve all humans.

Humans, especially ones who are not, "respect/orientation for possibility of eternal life", are being captured and costumed as clowns. They are being released into public...and the fun begins. They are humbled. Some of them are picked up again and dropped at their desired locations. Some are left to fend for themselves...being embarrassed or whatever they experience while trying to look, "normal".

A powerful and notorious man in the magic community was once deemed a Jester for an ancient court that presided itself over all civilization. This Jester (or the modern equivalent, "the clown") played a joke on America to show how people truly have no clue what is a true threat and what isn't.

The prank is simple. Dress up as a clown, scary or not, and be armed with a melee weapon (guns are too intimidating). Early on, the point was yo do regular activities such as walking to work while in clown dress and being armed. Then, it was to SEEM imposing but not do anything.

This was to play on people's superstitions, and how they don't line up with real life. People afraid of the clowns then started to try to hunt them and demask the unimposing "troublemakers".

Once it became a sensation, more people started doing it and the prank lost its original message. But it started out as being harmless, and now innocent clowns are being hurt for the same reason as the Jester- people only look at themselves and a situation at face value.

The, "clowns" are human. Some of these humans might have accessed eternal life technologies thousands of years prior than now. I tend to believe very few people, maybe a group of six or so, are really experiencing the best, "program" of forcing eternal life. I am not sure if the human, "clowns" are some of these few people. They might have been part of a breakaway civilization like the Atlanteans, Mayans, or Nazis. But the Nazis are new by about a hundred years to two hundred years...maybe four hundred years...so such a group is likely some of the British or older.

I'm not sure whether or not the, "clowns" are really thousands of years old.
