Yep! Psychically shield yourself before rolling in there, and perform a banishing ritual outside before you leave. Other than that, watch out for decayed structures and homeless people/junkies. Getting tetanus/robbed/raped/shanked is more likely and less pleasant than an ooky spooky following you home.

A lot of the buildings were demolished from the Soviets after they used it for a decade, so be aware, that spooky concentration camp barrack/crematoria/etc... may be a post war reconstruction. Like at Auschwitz.
