Basically alabamanon can't be trusted since there was no way he could've found the site with the shit. The coordinates were for a location in a diffirent state, and he said it himself. He thought that he recognized a dirt road in a google maps streetview of the Virginia location. He thought the dirt road was in Alabama, so he went there and looked around a bit and found some shit.
Then came another OP who had diffirent pictures of the foam and the roof tiling manual, distorted of source.

So there may be more than one OP and alabamanon was either working with the other OP or was the other OP. He hasn't come back either.
