my mum knows alot of this stuff she kinda got me into it, from what i could tell is you need to invoke angels and or good spirits and stuff and ask for the protection and its got stuff to do with energy and things like that, some people are sick it just oozes out of them they don't even know they do it if your stuck in a work environment around them or something its just that all they have to do is talk to you and they just feed off your happiness and kindness and they do and say things that throw you off and after the conversation is done you feel terrible drained and they feel good, these people need to be hacked to death with a blunt sword, if your a kind or gentle type of person they see it in you they are attracted to you because you have what they lack, and they draw it out of you by making you miserable it gets them off
