I went back to the first thread with all the evidence, and the VA coordinates hint and picture were extremely diffferent than all the other hints by OP, which got me thinking, what if this is a fake hint, meant to throw us off the alabama trail?

Take a look back at the hint that gave the VA coordinates guys. The file name is very different than the style of OP, the distortion of the picture is completely different, and the picture has wildly different dimensions as well. On top of this, it was in binary, but when translated, gave chinese and japanese characters, which isn't something OP does.

Most of OP's hints have been cryptograms, maybe imbedded in binary at first. But this one wasn't a cryptogram.

Thoughts?

If I look at this from a LARP perspective, we could be dealing with two OPs, one who is trying to lead us to Virginia, and another who is trying to derail us and lead us somewhere else.
Consider that the first two messages from OP were vastly diffirent compared to the later ones. The first two were binary, ascii, morse, etc, while the other ones were something completely else.

The only lead we have right now points us to the Crabshack in Virginia since the originial message gave us coordinates there. For all we know, there many be an Alabama OP in this LARP/ARG who is trying to throw us off from finding whatever could be in Virginia. Then again we can't be sure since the first ever message talked about a test subject that was a kid from Detroit, so we can't really tell what clues can be trusted.

I do however know what I don't know and I think it's a crucial omission and we've discussed this a few times but I'll repeat- There's no rhyme or reason Alabamanon should have found that pile of junk based on the area code (205) and the zip code of 35188. They have nothing to do with each other and Alabamanon just wanted a role in this story and inserted himself and OP or a fake OP edited his pictures to spook people

The argument that OP's higher resolution version of those Spanish instructions holds no water in my opinion. Alabamanon could have just taken a better picture at a different time.

Alabamanon's pictures which were supposedly "live" were edited to shit. Phone glitched? Nah I'm not buying that shit. I've seen camera phones glitch before and they either corrupt the image entirely and make it unreadable or they just leave artifacts behind. The image is never cropped and distorted that way.

This is only my speculation and I've posted this in some form or another in nearly every thread.

From the Co ordinates figured out from thread 3 maybe I just put the Co ordinates (last pair,crab shack) into Google and it took me to the location..
