/x/ i have a problem .There is something about my physical self that i cannot change (no plastic surgery exists for this, i cant work out or lose weight to fix this, literally no regular ol' solution) so i need your help please. Is there some magic i could do to solve this? to change my physical self? Do i seek some spiritual solution? I get made fun of constantly and it is pointed out constantly. I just don't know what to do. Any /x/ related solutions?

Op, being short is hard on people. I'm 6'2", and I think too much is placed in height. But man, short guys got a lot of girls. Always. NYC some of the biggest players were short dudes. IDK. It doesn't matter.

Do this every night before you go to sleep. Vividly imagine a scene in first person where you're standing next to a friend or family member except you're towering over them and put a shocked expression on their face. Have them ask how you got so tall. Replay the scene over and over until you feel like it's real and drop off to sleep. Keep doing this every night until it becomes reality. This is basically Neville Goddard's method. There was a case of a hypnotherapist called Milton Erickson who made a guy grow 12 inches with basically the same principles. Put him in a relaxed alpha brainwave state and suggested to his subconscious that he's tall. We don't live in a physical universe. This is a hologram. The subconscious is the key to changing it.
