I have had 2 alien encounters, they are scary as fuck and nothing to joke about

the first time i woke up and they were in my head

one was at the end of my bed, i could feel him inside my head, but i was somewhat in his as well.

he was tall, thin, and grey from what i could see in the low light. his arm was reached out at me

There was something pushing me down into the bed, thinking about it it was most likely my own muscles contorting me like that

It was terrifying, imagine a wild mouse when it sees a person, that is what it felt like.

another one entered the room, the first one looked at it and was distracted. they communicated briefly, and i was released, i could move again. I asked "are you going to fix me?" and he turned around, angry. i could feel his anger wash over me and i was pushed back harder than before into the bed. I could feel it's anger at me, that i had seen it distracted. I could feel it inside my head, and i was in his as well. but it's like it's thoughts were too fast, all i could really understand were emotions

I lost consciousness and woke up in a cold sweat hours later shaking badly for hours.

After that I left the country, this happened days before i moved overseas for a new job.The next encounter was a few months later.
the second time I felt it in my room, i covered my face with my blanket. you can feel them, they put out such an energy.

It got closer to me, it put it's hand on me and leaned down until it's face was right next to mine

It told me, in thoughts not words, that they don't mean any harm, and that i shouldn't be afraid of them. I think they have plans to see me again, but i don't think it meant to tell me that, it was just thinking about it at the time it was there.
