Alright, so, I just scrolled past this on FB. One of my friends is friends with the person who posted this, so I guess that's why I saw it. Thought it was weird and figured /x/ might be an interesting place to discuss what this might be. From the digging I was able to do, the person who posted this just recently lost her sister. What could this be?
