You're constantly doing it, everything you see is "your" thoughts. But don't confuse one perception of the brain as your consciousness. You can use symbols to connect to your true consciousness and ask it to create reality, but it knows much more than you and don't expect you to change reality on the fly. You're just communicating from animal instincts, not the true godself you are.
