Hi /x/,
Recently I've honestly feel like I've taken a psychedelic like acid but I haven't. I've dabbled in the past but not for a long time. I've started to exercise more and drop bad habits.
Slowly but surely I have this sense of spiritually coming over me. It's nothing to do with god or religion but I've started to notice nature more and almost feel connected with it. As weird as it sounds, I can hear birds more, trees are more vibrant and the wind feels refreshing instead of being an annoyance.
What do you feel about this? am I experiencing a spiritual awakening?

Why wouldn't it just be you finding a renewed interest in life? You say you've been dropping bad habits, exercising more. What if you're just appreciating what you have to a greater extent?

Yeah you're not wrong. I've stopped a weed habit which I'm aware after a while dulls your senses. There almost feels more too it though than simply an appreciation for life. I've started to feel more and more that we're trapped inside the box of society yada yada (insert hippy bullshit).. and nature has a certain energy which we has humans seems to be destructive to. Are humans even nature?
