In simplistic terms let me try... think ontology terms (the study of what is)... this helps me. I categorize shit on paper and it my head... then certain numbers and symbols line up. Meaning they fit into one file/symbol. I taught a few Blue Lodge Masons and it really helped them move up in degrees quicker... it's easier to teach in person with charts etc... I find charts really help. You can never have to many charts...
