Anyway, let me make this simple for you. The stars have a 24 hour cycle, just like the sun, right? This is the same on either model because you account for the star's apparent rotation in the sky the same way you account for the Sun's apparent motion across the sky (i.e. the Earth's rotation). So even in your model of reality, the constellations will move between these three southern locations and they will never be viewed by all three of them simultaneously.

Except star motion is fixed around the poles. The northern polar constellation (polaris) and the southern polar constellation (octans) are fixed in place because they are directly above the Earth's poles.
