It sounds like you have some strange entity that is attached. I had something similar happen to me for a while. What you should do is pray, sort of try to find the love in yourself. That voice isn't coming from you, its something else. My advice, is to starve it of what it is looking for. Don't beat yourself up when you slip up. Offer love, try to counter what it says with truth about god and love.
