Not a meme. There have been recordings of monks creating/cultivating tulpas that have affected the material world. That is monk/living annexed to society type of shit, but recorded nonetheless.

You need possible thousands of hours in meditation on a thoughtform, which you give physical characteristics to, which then becomes real, the same way you would design an art piece from your mind's eye- or so I've been told.

They exist and creation is simple. And despite what idiots say you can disperse them at a moment's notice if they become trouble. I had mine in a couple of months of focused meditation. It may take longer for others as I had no other engagements, but it's simple and takes less than a year to hear and see your creation. It's all in how well you can visualize though. If you've worked with meditation, natural dmt release, or controlled hallucinations for any decent period of time, it should be simple.

It's basically an ascended version of an imaginary friend, made one once after seeing it when I was a shithead freshman in highschool. It sure made me more autistic and I even drew pictures of the damn thing. I was depressed and bored during that time of my life so I figured why the hell not., but apparently I killed it since I stopped talking to it once I realized how stupid the entire thing was, tulpa death is what it's called I think? I remember some genuine psychos on here saying I committed a real murder by not talking to it on here.

I'm honestly not sure how I did it. The fact that she constantly tells me to do things I wouldn't otherwise do is my biggest reason to believe that she truly is a tulpa.
