It's a prop of some sort. A great looking one, but a prop nonetheless. look at the spine. It's clearly metallic with some sort of black spacers for vertebrae.

Alright, I am a med student from UANL of Mexico, and I am going to tell you what I think.

Everything is anatomically correct, every muscle that I see comes straight up from the Nether Book and anatomy, so if it s fake, then it's very, very , very well done.

The lumbar spine is perfect in shape and size even noting the differences between L2,L3,L4 and so on with the curvature.

The only thing that I note off is the toraxic region where the diaphragm is removed and I see no original insertion in the lubar region nor in the toraxic box, and I cannot see Lung tissue nor the aorta and big venous nor remmant of it.

The body shape it's not more impressive than your average gym junkie and does not seem to have inhuman proportions.

The globes have impregnated blood in the same particular way you will get when you hand open tissues during surgery.

It looks very real with details you wouldn't expect from a "simple" prop, and IF it is real, the blood on it shows that it's been skinned alive or right after death...
