its not about what you say, so much as how it resonates, our voice is the ability to project a desired frequency through physical means.
your chant should resonate with your desired outcome. so as to bring your physical state inline with that which you desire to be.

Try this out. It works for me. TM does work but it has been commercialized and there is a whole business model built up around it. just sit then repeat the mantra in your head for 20 mins twice a day. the rewards are worth it.

I prefer Ken Wilber's form of Transcendental Meditation mixed with Dzogchen.

Your awareness properly cognized is naturally radiant, spacious(sky-like), blissful/compassionate, and expansive.

Once you learn how to meditate you don't need to do drugs to feel good about your self. Well, you can still take psychedellics to make your mind function more abstractly... but yeh.

1. Smoke weed, or even better, get high on edibles
2. Meditate
3. ???
4. Profit.
