start off doing the lesser banishing ritual of the pentagram, then after awhile start doing the middle pillar ritual. after you can feel the energy and have developed your etheric body you'll be ready to cast other spells.

Correction to this anons post:

Lesser Invoking Ritual of the Pentagram at waking, Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram before bed. Perform the Middle Pillar Ritual after Invoking/Banishing. After awhile and you're comfortable, follow the LRP with the Lesser Ritual of the Hexagram (Invoking/Banishing as suited). Begin performing Liber Resh vel Helios once per week (or daily if you can manage the schedule). This is one of the basic regimens for getting metaphysically swole. Also, I advise throwing in some qi gong/yoga to your daily routine.
