/x/, can you help explain this weird phenomena?
It seems my body won't let me sleep. Any time I get close to falling, it's like there's an energy wave that wakes me back up. Even if I'm very tired, at the point of falling, I seem to wake back up.
At first I thought it was something paranormal, but after writing that all out, it could have something to do with my adrenals?
Your thoughts?

My thoughts? Stress and or anxiety most likely, plus wrong board

what if demons?
what if overactive chakras?

Then what can you do? Overactive Chakra's and demons aren't our area of expertise, neither is it yours. Your like the paranormal equivalent of a hypochondriac.
So definitely stress and anxiety.
But you won't listen anyway.

Get out of here, you're on the wrong board if you can't even give Op a few pointers on balancing his Chakras.
Do you think, Op? Like when you feel the wave, does it ever come with any particular thought that you may have noticed? If so and even if not, it could be anxiety if you don't keep a good eye on your habits of consciousness, thought patterns and whatnot. Have you tried meditation, Op? Or do you feel kicked out of that as well? If so, I would suggest mindfulness as opposed to a gap meditation. If there is truly nothing on your mind in these moments, no 'I could do this' thoughts, and it is just a pure tingly energy, try adding more magnesium to your diet, or a topical such as epsom salt lotion or a bath with epsom salts before bed, it helps to relax the muscles and quite a few people with restless legs have had good improvement with adding magnesium. If you still have trouble sleeping after adding magnesium, then work on your Chakras. Excercises go from pretty simple to pretty advanced and I'm sure you will find quite a few guides to assist you through a simple google search, but a quick one that I'll do to balance myself just involves some breathing techniques and moving the excess energy to your heart and release. Find what works for you. And if you find nothing working for you, come back in a few weeks and we'll talk about it. I want you to put in some honest effort though, but of course not too much, it's like a chinese finger trap. Good luck, Op.
