From what I gather it's some kind of ARG, maybe OP is involved, maybe not. No idea how long it's been going on for, but it hasn't been for twelve years. Partially because WP allows users to alter the date/time submission of their blog posts, and primarily because WordPress.com was not launched until almost two years after the first post on this blog was published.

tl;dr, almost definitely an ARG, not nearly as old as it seems to be, seems limited to cryptograms and other related rot. Not much to see here, move along.
