ITT: worst dreams you've had

I was at an unfamiliar house at night on a couch watching TV (like in a Beavis and Butthead kind of house, if you can picture that). Suddenly, the sky lit up in the most beautiful mix of orange, green and red and I could see the nebulas and stars and all that space stuff. Then I'm walking down a rainbow road in the sky and reality is collapsing and I get crushed. Then I relive the last 5 seconds of my life, walking down the rainbow road and space collapsing around me and killing me over and over.

I woke up being crushed 5-6 times but it was the most unpleasant nightmare of my life.

I had a dream where I was finally set to leave the shitty small town I've lived in most of my life, only to smash into a forcefield when I reached the edge of time. Only time in my life I've woken up sobbing.

I was walking home from somewhere and feel this presence behind me; turn around and it's a massive black dog with hollow eyes.

We stare at each other for a moment and it starts to advance. I shit. I'm getting a super malicious feel off of this thing.

I start running; dog starts running. This thing is freaking massive so I hit the ground and try to slither into a storm drain ; barely get inside and the dog's hot on my heels.

It can't get in. *phew* Safe.

Look around. There's tunnels leading off into the distance so I start following one, crawling through all sorts of slime and nastiness.

I come to a door and open it. Inside, my parents are sitting on a couch watching static on the TV. My mom turns to me and asks if I want something to eat.

She gives me a giant chunk of meat with bugs and shit crawling in it. I bite into it and it doesn't taste too bad.

I ended up sitting on the couch and watching the static with them for a while before falling asleep. And that's when I had a weird dream...

I had a nightmare combined with sleep paralysis where I dreamt some uncanny valley stuff, video game characters seeming to stare at me and laugh and not being able to hear anything except a loud static and then seeing a demon, woke up and felt like my bed was being shaken around super violently and like something was sitting on my chest trying to kill me.

I had a dream about a velociraptor trying to kill me ala Jurassic Park. Very awful.

I was in a car accident and had a very, very vivid dream. Seemed to last days. Woke up minutes later.

To this day I don't know if I was dead or unconscious or what. But I don't like pushing beliefs on people...

I dont remember many of my dreams but I have a reoccurring dream every week or so. Basically whatever the setting or plot of the dream, my teeth fall apart. It feels like my teeth are made of a thin glass and crack and break the more I talk or bite down.

I had one where I was on an island running towards a cliff away from all sort of carnivores. Ended up jumped off into the ocean hundreds of feet below. Was a pretty nice dream. Very cool.

I remember having this dream as a kid, around 5-6. Whether or not it was a dream or some twisted child's view of my life at that time, it was odd.
I was outside my house, and all these people were there. It was night time, but we had all these Halloween lights out.
Now, I shit you not, people were dancing, to fucking Michael Jacksons Thriller.
My mom was out there, other family. Remember one person remarking how there gonna dance til they die, that freaked the fuck out of me. Then I remember my mom being eaten by Michael Jackson, zombified as he was in Thriller. He said I was next.
Never experienced a dream as terrifying as that. All true no BS.

I've been having nightmares on the daily since I was a kid. I kinda got jaded.
Secret is to just run towards the thing you fear. You either A) Wake up B) Stop fearing it after a while. What's the worst that can happen.
That being said I have the slight ability to influence my dreams. I can lucid dream when I put the work in but that kinda got boring so I cba to reality check daily and seriously ask the question "how do I know I'm not dreaming now" regularly.

but my first nightmare was one in which i was locked inside a room and a greenish grey hand came out of the screen grabbing me by the throat
