I'm attempting to learn meditation and in the process I noticed a curious phenomenon. I felt I did much better today, and at a certain point I noticed an alteration in my sense of perception. Etheric projection can be done in two ways, one where the magician is kind of covered by a shell with the format of an animal. and the second one where the animal shape is projected out of the body.

Both projections are made of a quasi-material stuff called ether, which can interact with matter (as in footprints, claws, and teeth). However, this ether can be easily disrupted (think acid) by iron or silver.
