So I've been up for a few days and the shadow people are starting to pick up on my scent.

Unfortunately, I live alone. So sleeping at this point would leave me completely open to them.

How do I defend myself? please help quickly.

Why are you up for so long anyway? If it was to lure shadows, it makes no sense to try get rid of them now.
