Can anyone show me a sigil for dreams that actually worked? I saw many online but haven't tried, if anyone can help it would be great. I'm looking for one to have vivid dreams that I remember thoroughly

This one brought me a lucid dream. The image is a reproduction of the actual sigil (over 9000 hours in mspaint), and it doesn't need to be charged. All you have to do for the sigil to work is to talk to it.
