Are there any other cases where there's a pic of a supposed killer but no one can identify him?
Pic related, guy is suspected of murdering Eva Kay Wenal, but no one can identify him, the chinaman, or the background interior.

Pic related is all the pictures the police have released. The OP pic may have been taken in 1987, possibly in Las Vegas. The interior seems very unique. Event room? Karaoke bar? A chapel?

This case happened pretty recently. Two girls were found dead in Delphi, Indiana. Apparently one of them had taken a picture of the man who is thought to be the killer right before the murders, and there is even an audio recording.
