Is there historical evidence for Jesus?

The is reasonable prove it did not real. Same about the rest of the bible. That's children who grew up in Christianity turn their back and why educated people are hard to trick into it. Only the weakly educated truly fall for it.
>>
None, no.

The first recorded mention of him comes many decades after his alleged death. And that was only in regards to cultists who were worshipping him.

No but there's tons of proof Trump's a kike.

Jesus became the son of God, by vote. If there was any evidence, of anything but what it says in the Bible, it's gone. Powerful people, deciding history. For the greater good.

There is a lot of evidence of Christ as a nonreligious figure who was around as early as 64 AD. Tacitus made it known he existed.

There were many well known people discussing him, Pliny the Younger, Josephus, the Babylonian Talmud, etc. all of these people were not early Christians. They discussed him as a figure who created trouble for the government, not a religious icon.

Historically there is little evidence pointing to his nonexistence and leans far more to his existence. But I'm open to hearing why he may not exist

You best be trolling. Not a single serious historian thinks Jesus was fabricated. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Historicity_of_Jesus
>>
>>18900814
Yeah it really isn't people disagree on his existence, but what parts of his life happened the way they did
>>
Plenty. We have several first hand accounts in the Bible. You can't just dismiss them as sources because they have supernatural bullshit in them; so does pretty much every premodern document. You can doubt the existence of Jesus the same way you can doubt the existence of Socrates, Confucius, Genghis Khan, Shaka Zulu or pretty much any premodern figure who didn't leave behind a DNA-tested mummy. It's entirely possible that none of those figures existed, Genghis Khan might have been made up in a Mongol conspiracy, Confucius' writings might all be forgeries. It's not a very reasonable way to think. The only reason people hold Jesus under such unreasonable scrutiny is because a lot of people don't want him to exist, or think it makes them look like a cool skeptic. But really, if Jesus wasn't so important to people today nobody would doubt his existence.

Agreed, like one guy put out this hypothesis recently but really it is a very unsupported hypothesis and not many credible individuals believe this is possible
>>
>>18900842
Yeah. Like William Tell.
>>
What do you even learn at school in America?

He lived but without the fancy magic stuff of course.

Just one of many "miracle" workers from back then
>>
>>18900814
Their working for Jews. Christianity is a way for the Jews to control whites originally.
>>
>>18900922
There were dozens of messiahs back then. They worked miracles as good if not better than Jesus.

I think it's likely that Jesus doesn't refer to any one person, but a mishmash of cult figures from the time wrapped up in an origin story that makes him fit vaguely into Jewish prophecy.

We're talking about the first few decades AD. No recording instruments other than words of mouth and parchment. The goatfuckers didn't exactly apply scientific rigor to their recording of history in those times.

Christianity was anti roman, and as such worked perfectly, later it was adapted to be anti jew and pro-roman, kind of, when it was integrated into the byzantine empire.
>>
>>18900931
Why would it control whites? The early Christians who spread the religion were of middle eastern/Mediterranean decent
>>
>>18900201
is there any historical evidence for George Washington? sure there are paintings of him, and "historic" accounts of his life, but all of that can be faked.
>>
>>18900799
Still, that's not what the Bible states, so bible still is poison.
>>
Yes, read the Bible you faggot
>>
>>18900814
Bunch of fundraising. The bible is complete history or not. And it dos not add up or holds ground. Therefor the claim it makes for being the only truth can be put aside. Hence, most Christians make stuff up to save their ugly mask. Jesus as potraited in the bible does not come back, did not got the key out of hell and the book again is the biggest hoax/conspiracy ever. Christians are really really dumb. Or sick.
>>
Jesus was a hustler.
He kicked it with toots and conned
people into hosting dinner parties.

Idk why they glorified him so much as
the son of god and all.
Fuck the romans though. As far as ancient armies go they were sadistic.
Not as bad as the Huns/mongols but
pretty freaking bad.

Yeah, but Socrates is not to be followed. At the end it merely reflects a lesson. Use it or don't. So are the others. It's the fear you are trying to spread among children r their future and beyond that makes a lot of people, certainly me, hate Christians and Moslims. Both the groups should just kill themselves. Or never talk about your religion onto those who not have the same religion as you have. 4chan is not islamic and not Christian. It is against all your principles, so get lost or get lost.
>>
>>18900842
Typical Christian stupidity. You Christians are literally the worst promoters of you own branch. Every single time you all make it sound dumber in every attempt to justify your hallucinations. Please continue, is pretty funny.
