It's not a matter of the newness of Poppy. It's a matter of all the conspiracy theories are so stale you can almost predict what a video or article is going to say before you read or listen to it. My critique is on the episodic attitude of the culture, the approach of the “investigators”, the cottage industry around it. We are at a point where the original facts from a particular conspiracy have been so meta aggregated that I watched a YouTube vid that went from the JFK assassination to his stance on the gold standard, to the Federal Reserve, to somehow we did a summersault to his disclosure of secret moon bases and that was nicely tied up Jim Morrison’s dad starting Vietnam because his son Jim was a CIA operative sent to rock out America from Laurel Canyon because it’s a slow kill of American culture from the Tavistock institute and 1984 and Brave New World and Blavatsky and the UN and the Denver airport and empty Walmart’s and he water and the air.
