Nymph()maniac if you're into Vama Marga. An excellent comparison of left-hand path and right-hand path perspectives. Not really scary, it has porn sequences though. It is also very funny.

Lords of Salem is pretty underrated, imo. People always bitch about Rob putting Sherry in all of his movies, but she's actually decent in this, considering she's the star.

The Borderlands/Final Prayer if you're into found footage. I just saw Ouija: Origin of Evil and it wasn't as bad as I expected. Those are the first two that come to mind.
Also, check out Kill List. That one was neat.
