The highest ranking reptilians are the white royals from the Alpha Draconis system. They big, beefy, and have little vestigial movable appendages on their backs that were once wings. They are extremely hierarchical and authoritarian, and are all about conquest. Their underlings have different genetics and come in a range of colors and sizes. They arrived on Earth many thousands of years ago and after some warring were able to secure the upper hand. Some of these reptilians became known as the Anunnaki. They genetically manipulated a select group of humans and used a combination of semi-spiritual dogma and debt-based fiat currency to get this chosen civilization to start enslaving itself with its own human hierarchy. With the occasional nudge, the Draco's humans BTFO'd other human civilizations and secured a place of power. To this day, the Draco have been the hidden hand behind certain human secret societies that use financial and psychological manipulation to control the majority of the world, keeping us wagecucks as free-range slaves with no tangible master to rebel against.

The Draco use conquered races like ours for mining, food, experimentation, and bargaining chips for other advanced races. They are currently behind a human-operated Dark Fleet, started with a specially groomed Nazi group and expanded with the help of the US military industrial complex industrial complex. This Dark Fleet helps the Draco with resource extraction, trade, and possibly even the conquest of other systems. The Draco themselves are few in number and in many instances seem to hate one another. They are strongly telepathic but resist any sort of peaceful spirituality, and aim to inhibit humanity's spiritual growth as part of a plan to keep the gravy train going. They need confused, suffering wageslaves who fight one another and depend on a higher authority.

There are other reptilian races in the universe unrelated to the Alpha Draconis lines, of course. Very little info on those.

One might wonder why an advanced race would use such an expansive, slow, roundabout way of conquest when their victims are so weak and primitive. Part of the answer lies in the exopolitical situation.
