I have appetite problems, and nothing seems appetizing at the store. I eat because I need to but don't really enjoy it. I can't find foods I enjoy at the market. To me, this doesn't look like it's the best idea in the long term. If you have a relationship with this person, I'd highly recommend that you not move closer to them, but move in with them, so that you can work together to make things better between you two and live better. Seems like you already have the passion and drive for growth, which is what really counts.
There usually isn't just one specific thing you can do to improve yourself for someone, especially if you're totally unfamiliar with the relationship. It's something that should be natural to you.
