The Grifter, the original, not that other one that people troll about. Shit made me sleep with the light on for a year

People will laugh at me. The scariest thing I've ever watched personally is lake placid. Don't get me wrong I've watched tons of horror movies but lake placid is the only movie to ever give me nightmares and a phobia. I still occasionally have nightmares about getting eaten by an alligator/croc.

So yeah that's the scariest movie i've ever watched.

Never heard of an Italian version. Ringu is Japanese but I did find a synopsis on IMDB for an 80s Iranian movie with a similar premise once, I think it started with a z.
