They're not remaking it, thankfully, but they are finally producing a third season, about 25 years or more later, interestingly enough, and it's airing on Showtime in May. I'm really looking forward to it, because unlike so many other reboots, this one sounds like they out some real, honest effort into it. Lynch is back, along with most of the original cast that isn't dead or retired.
