Only possible thing I can think of is a moth, but even for a moth the dimensions are very strange. It's also a little too cold (and wet) for it to be moseying around.

I don't know what it is, the dimensions of the "wings" and the way it moves is very strange. From the camera to the wall it is on is approximately 6-8 inches - it's not right on top of the camera, which means its fairly big for an insect, whatever it is. I'm in Maine, there are no insects that big around here. It could be a very large, weird moth - but like I said in OP, it was nearly freezing cold and raining (as you can see in the vid) - so for the moth to expose itself to the weather like that seems unlikely.
It is going up towards the top of the porch, and up to the roof. Something that size couldn't fit between the cracks, and there is still a lot of snow on the roof...
