some of the, "abductions" might really be abductions. I tend to believe that United States Armed Forces who were working at other planets are using the national forests and parks as conference places since their work isn't really being publicly acknowledged as happening. Plenty of privacy, and no accusers that those there are really just, "crazy" believers that humans have been to other planets.

Also, some of the military serial killers are probably being put there from time to time so there is a place that the serial killers can learn to be less barbaric, and more like can live in society sometime. If I had a buddy who was barbaric, and a serial killer, then I wouldn't want my buddy to just be in society till the buddy kills and then goes to jail and is possibly executed. I don't like executions, and they shouldn't happen.
