Third Eye Blind??

Another anon here with a similar problem.

How do I do this without being extremely paranoid? I close my eyes and feel like I'm about to be raped. How do I calm the fuck down?

I havent touched weed in about a year.

Mediation and reading the works of masters on the subject. Lots of time it doesn't happen immediately. Drugs will do it for a very few. It's a learning process that occurs best over time.

Anon it takes years of practice to become lucid in altered states of consciousnesses. You can however speed the process up with certain illegal substances.

if you really wanna open third eye you must keep that same focus to it. in time you start to feel it more and more.
and eventually end up realizing it has been open from the very first time you tried it.
you start to think more and more about everything. sometimes feel crazy you even might go full paranoid of that your thoughts has gone so deep that you cant find back to your normal thinking. and with your own risk you can try, and when you feel little too woozy just focus the energies to lowest part of "chakra system. to the root. also other chakras are good to be noticed because they are helping you eventually realizing who you rly are. third eye is not an actual eye that pops open like a movie screen showing pictures and other worlds. (eventhou some people are going that deep so they might actually see so according to anons) third eye is intuitive sense that you have in your brain and helps you seeing things clear. and just for realism keep your sceptic thinking with you along the way, you must know yourself because in process you are starting to think very much and for much thinking people are claimed as crazy.
