I agree. True "power" includes true intelligence and therefor true empathy. One who cannot harm without harming itself. That is not power in the conventional sense that one reserves the right to greedily hurt someone else for control, that is only a temporary illusion of strength. It is more like an amount of potential energy, energy that can only go towards improving things for all conscious entities. Since doing anything less would be the equivalent of self-harm, which no consciousness enjoys.
